We are SOOO close!!!!

The last couple of weeks have been CRAZY!!

We have had quite a few emotional ups and downs. At one point, we were missing a couple of documents for USCIS and never received confirmation from them that they received what they needed. Then, we were told by the embassy that one of our son's passports was missing...just couldn't be found. Slightly stressful for this mama!

THEN....I finally connected with someone at USCIS in Haiti to try to confirm that they had received all of the missing documentation and they said that had received it and that our file was APPROVED!!!! We were very excited, but did not have written documentation of the approval.

The following Monday, by 8:30am, I had an email confirming our final approval.

On Tuesday, I received another email saying that our boy's final visa appoint would be on July14th.

So....TOMORROW is the final step in this process. We have been told that we can't book tickets to travel until after our representative has picked up their visas, which should be printed next week!!! This is it...this is the end of a very long journey.

Their appointment is at 7am tomorrow, and they have to travel to get to Port Au Prince. So, I'm sure they will have an early morning. Please pray that all goes well at their visa appointment. I'm sure that the adults that are taking the kids down to their appointments would also appreciate your prayers. :-)

By my next post, we will be in traveling mode!!
