Trip #4- Days 5 and 6

Tuesday: Day 5

Another fun day with the boys…lots of playing and eating! If there is one thing these little fellows can do it is eat. When we travel down I always bring them lots of snacks and the love them. They eat large portions of rice or noddles at the crèche and then anything they can get their hands on when they are with us.

While the boys were at school we rode down to the Baptist Mission. It is always an adventure to visit the Baptist Mission and it was a first for Molly. We enjoyed some pizza and Molly insisted on getting ice cream with lots of whipped cream!

After our quick trip to the Mission we went back to creche to spend some time with the boys knowing that our time was coming to an end too quickly. Chancely really enjoyed playing with a remote control car that another family brought for their son. Molly and Agendo enjoyed riding bikes along the front of the creche and sword fighting at the guest house.

In the evening we were blessed to get to meet a family who was coming in for their homecoming trip with their daughter. It was so sweet to see that family reunite and know that they were about to begin a new journey together. I'm SOOO ready for that to be us!!

Wednesday: Day 6---Last day

Molly and I got up earlier than usual to be sure that we were packed up before we went over to say goodbye to the boys. We spent about an hour with them before Molly and Chancely went back to the guesthouse. After they went to the guesthouse I walked Agendo to school. On the last trip I just walked him to the gate, but this time I walked him all the way to his classroom. School at home will definitely take some time for him to adjust to...he certainly will not know what to expect. I intended to try to speak to some of the school personnel about Agendo's school performance, but I was too emotional about leaving him so I had to duck my head and walk out quickly.

After saying our goodbyes to Chancely and the other families we headed down to the airport. We were a little early so we stopped by the Apparent Project to look around and for Molly to get necklace.

We had pleasant flights home and were VERY glad to see Joey and Linc at the airport!

We are praying that our next trip down requires 4 tickets home!!
